This inaugural gathering of communities in resistance plans to build strategy and alliances amongst varying communities of color in resistance—Friday’s focus facilitated by womyn and femme identified folx, includes delegates from community spaces that will create principles to combat different forms of oppression within the movement.
AND … we talk with two members of LA Rooted – Jo Iraheta and Cinthia Marisol Lozano. The collective of QTPOC educators, artivists, cyclists, healers and parents is cultivating intergenerational health and resilience through biking, youth programs and more.
