This is the day when we ask women worldwide to unite in building the bridges of peace for our future!
Join Women For Women, CODEPINK, and Office of the Americas for this one mile walk/march over the Cesar Chavez Bridge in Downtown Los Angles to say “no to war and yes to women’s peace and development” in solidarity with thousands of women across the world. The walk will commence at Homegirl Cafe on Bruno & Alameda for a brunch and gathering!

Thousands of women from the two sides of war, from both the Congo and Rwanda, will join together on a bridge that connects their two countries and show that they can build the bridges of peace for our future.
