THEN … from the Archives, we hear about Idle No More – an Indigenous grassroots movement that brought together environmental justice and indigenous rights. Spreading across Canada, the organization was founded in 2012 by four women. Since then, thousands of people have joined in their protests.  Making Contact Radio talked with one of Idle No More’s co-founders Sylvia McAdam.
